We usually process orders pretty quick, 99% on the same or next day, so if you do you will have to be on the ball. The live chat is the best place for this.

You can cancel your snackscription in your dashboard very easily at any time. No phone call only cancellation here, and definitely not the ones where they pressure you into staying (looking at you beer subscription boxes......)

Yes, you can change product, delivery frequency and next delivery date very easily in your dashboard once your snackscription is set up.

All snackscriptions are sent via Royal Mail on a service that (usually) takes 2-3 days.

Technically, you can set up a snackscription without and account. BUT, you do need an account to manage your snackscription so it is highly recommended to set one up.

We will send you an email three days before your next payment is due, from this you can click on the link to adjust your snackscription as you wish.

You will be charged at checkout when you set up your snackscription, you are then charged on each day you snackscription is due. You can manage this date in your account dashboard.

Our wrappers are made entirely from compostable material that is plastic free. Technically this cannot go in the recycling stream. You should put it in on your home compost heap where it will break down completely or look for a suitable composting facility.

Inside is an ultra-thin layer of aluminium that breaks down and has no impact on the soil, it accounts for less than 0.01% of the wrapper and though it slows the composting process down slightly it does not impact it in any other way. The rest of the wrapper is made from renewable wood pulp.

To bring nut butters to life we had to develop a unique sachet packaging solution. It was the biggest challenge for us during development.

It meant buying our own packing equipment but here we are; a home compostable sachet in a market where most sachets are not even recyclable.

The wrapper is the same as the one we use for our bars (cellulose and a tiny layer of aluminium) with an added compostable plastic sealing layer. 'PLASTIC!'. This particular 'plastic' behaves like regular organic waste and is certified free from microplastic pollutants. It's developed with a focus on end of life return to organic matter and the ability to compost both at home and industrially. Stick it in your compost heap, food waste or garden waste bin.

All our shipping cardboard shipping boxes, tape and labels are recyclable, put them in your card/paper recycling bin or the equivalent at a recycling site.

Our nut butter jars are certified made from reclaimed ocean plastic, we have no qualms with extending the life of an existing resource, particularly if its taken from an at risk environment.

We use a range of different nuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and peanuts. There is potential for cross contamination between these and also for the presence of other tree nuts.

Yes, our bars contain no dairy and no animal products - they are vegan.

Yes, Almonds specifically but they could contain traces of other nuts

Not quite, i.e. thats a no. They contain oats which have a low level of gluten and are made in an environment where we cannot guarantee a gluten level below what is required to claim gluten free. If we can find a solution to this, we will, but not in the short term.
